Arkansas Reimbursement Information The State of Arkansas is offering an incentive for AR homeowners to install storm shelters on their property. They are offering a reimbursement of one half the purchase price or up to $1000 whichever is less. All of our shelters meet FEMA standards and qualify for the full $1000.00.
